Indulge in delights 
Guests are invited to select either a VIP or Standard ticket when selecting their attendance date and time. A VIP Ticket guarantees you the best ‘seats' in the house, where you’ll usually be closest to the action and will delight in extra treats.
When Night Comes is set over multiple rooms and you will be guided through these spaces as part of the performance. Seats along the way are reserved for VIP Guests. (Please contact us directly regarding access needs.)
Tipples & Treats 
The experience includes a number of cocktail (or mocktail) tipples and for some, edible treats. You must select either alcoholic or non-alcoholic in your ticket type when booking. Dietary notes can be found on the website FAQs in advance, please refer to these and decline any offerings as appropriate.
What to expect 
When Night Comes is an immersive and interactive show and experience across multiple rooms. You will enter and experience the performance in a group with other attendees. You will be guided from room to room by the performers, watch and engage with show performances and be invited to partake in a drink or two. You may be invited to interact with the performers, but you don’t have to and can observe from a distance. Please see the FAQs for more information.

• There are multiple performance times each night, please select your session time with your ticket.
• You must be aged 18+ to attend the experience.
• Service and consumption of alcohol is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol and licensing requirements and the Producer and their representatives have the right to refuse service, and indeed, entry.
• There are adult concepts, uneven floor surfaces, stairs, strobe, haze, and low-level lighting.
• Entry is at your own risk.
• Coats and bags larger than A4 paper size are not permitted in the show.
• Please travel lightly, and leave coats and large bags at home.
• There is a self-check cloaking facility at the venue and items are left at your own risk.
• Due to the age of the Austral Theatre this performance is not fully accessible.

• By attending When Night Comes you agree to the event’s Terms and Conditions.
• Before you begin your show, you will need to sign a release waiver ensuring us that you are fit to join and understand the rules. This will be emailed to you prior to the show or you can complete a digital version, via QR code, at the venue (print copy also available)
